Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Kansas, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to open and close the Goodwill Retail store in Wichita, KS, supporting store operations and customer service.

This full-time role requires supervision of staff and handling cash with accuracy while upholding Goodwill's mission. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of bookkeeping basics, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school education or the equivalent required.
• Must have full knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain sales records and reports incidental to store operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store and manage daily operations.
• Oversee sales floor, inventory and staff in absence of other managers.
• Maintain records, cash handling and daily deposits as required.
• Address customer needs and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
