Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Kansas is seeking a Team Leader - Retail (S. Broadway #20) for our Wichita store. This full-time position oversees store operations, open/close duties, inventory, and staff supervision in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of management experience, strong bookkeeping skills, and a valid driver's license. You will ensure excellent customer service and adherence to Goodwill's mission and values in daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent required.
• Must have full knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain sales records and reports incidental to store operations.
• One year of management experience, required.
• A valid driver’s license and insurability is required.

Responsibilities

• Must complete employees’ work schedules.
• Supervises the sales force and Sales Floor. Sells merchandise as time permits.
• Receives and checks incoming stock and supervises checkouts and stock transfers.
• Trains and supervises store personnel and maintains projected sales goals.
• Represents Goodwill in the area served, striving to enhance the Goodwill image through individual and group participation.
