Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Kansas, Inc. in Pratt, KS is seeking a Team Leader to open and close the store and oversee daily retail operations in support of the organization’s mission. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure safety and service standards, and maintain store presentation.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have full knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain sales records and reports incidental to store operations.
• One year of management experience, required.
• A valid driver’s license and insurability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in opening and closing the store and manages daily retail operations.
• Supervises sales associates and provides training and guidance.
• Maintains store appearance, displays, and signing per Goodwill standards.
• Manages inventory, cash handling, and banking procedures with daily deposits.
• Ensures safety, ethics, and customer service standards are met.
