Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) for the Lewis Center, OH location. The role focuses on leading store operations, stocking, product rotation, and delivering exceptional customer service while managing cash handling and POS tasks.

The position requires 1–2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and transferring from stockroom to store.
• Maintain product rotation, stock quality, and store conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving to build sales.
• Handle bank deposits, provide change for cashiers, and manage registers.
• Help build and train the team and supervise sales associates.
