Job summary

Gordon Food Service Store LLC in Florence, KY is seeking a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will help unload deliveries, stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and manage cash handling while supervising sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience, are at least 18, and can pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience with increasing responsibility.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Pass pre-employment checks including drug screen and background check.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store.
• Assist in daily Store operations and tasks.
• Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and transfer to store.
• Maintain merchandise, rotation, and product quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Cash handling, deposits and cash register management.
• Develop leadership skills and supervise sales associates.
