Gordon Food Service in Houston is seeking a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) to oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a small team. You will open/close the store, manage inventory, and handle POS transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours including weekends, and operate power equipment when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store and oversee daily operations.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and transferring stock to the store.
• Maintain merchandise, rotation, and food handling standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build sales.
• Handle cash, deposits, and register counts.
• Help train and supervise sales associates.
