Stoney Clover Lane in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a friendly Key Holder to support store leadership and serve as manager-on-duty when needed. You’ll open/close the store, assist during peak periods, and ensure the shop stays organized and aligned with brand standards.

You bring 1–2 years in retail or leadership, excellent guest service, strong communication, and familiarity with POS systems. This role offers part- and full-time schedules with benefits for full-time employees.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store and act as manager-on-duty when needed.
• Provide high-quality guest experience through product knowledge.
• Process transactions, returns, and gift cards via POS systems.
• Support daily store operations including merchandising and restocking.
• Maintain visual standards and organized back-of-house.
