Job summary

LoveShackFancy is seeking a Key Holder in Newport Beach to support store leadership with daily operations and drive personal sales. You will greet customers, provide fashion expertise, and maintain client books while contributing to a high-touch shopping experience.

As an entry into management, you will partner with management and the sales team to meet goals, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and support clienteling initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store
• Meet or exceed your goals that will be set and given to you by management
• Maintain an accurate, efficient and effective client book
• Assist sales team with selling and clienteling.
• Assist with floor sets and visual merchandising standards
• Oversee store operations in management's absence
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during shifts
