Job summary

With 2–3 years in retail and at least one year in management, you will lead staffing decisions, support career development, and drive sales while ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store are helpful.
• Ability to communicate clear direction to team members.
• Ability to resolve conflict and address root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial information.
