Responsibilities include assisting with opening/closing procedures, following corporate directives, maintaining displays, processing merchandise, and supporting loss prevention. A strong communicator thrives here.

Formación

• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Retail store management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and internal communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect company assets including store cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and store procedures.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
