Job summary

The Brand House Collective in Illinois seeks a Senior Assistant Manager to lead store operations and merchandising under the Store Manager. You will coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales and profits while controlling expenses and promoting merchandising excellence.

You’ll help prepare for a future Store Manager role within 12 months, building a high-performing, results-driven team across the district and championing company values.

Qualifications

• College preferred or 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Willing to relocate for a Store Manager position.
• Energetic, results oriented, and competitive.
• Ability to read safety and operating instructions and manuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Able to work 40 hours per week based on district needs.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
