Job summary

The Brand House Collective in Durham, NC is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to support store operations and merchandising under the Store Manager. You will coach the team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience, while upholding brand standards and promotional execution.

Qualifications

• College preferred or 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Willing to relocate for Store Manager position.
• Energetic, results-oriented and competitive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work 40 hours per week including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift and stock products and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Supports merchandising, promotions, and brand standards.
• Assists Store Manager and participates in staffing decisions.
• Travel to other store locations as needed.
