Lids Sports Group in Gonzales, LA, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part-time role. The position involves leading store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and executing selling strategies to meet KPIs.

You will help manage store staff, training, and day-to-day activities while maintaining store appearance and adherence to policies. Prior retail leadership experience is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Mansioni

• Lead, execute, and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including customer escalations.
• Ensure every customer is offered the opportunity to participate in Lids membership programs or special in-store offers when live in-store through employee education.
• Adhere to current visual guidelines that include proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Company Dress Code Policy.
