Shoe Station at Rogan’s in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations as a key holder and to lead a customer-first team. You will support the General Manager, drive sales goals, and role-model hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail or customer service, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to keyholder responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store as a key holder.
• Support the General Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues.
• Train and guide associates on processes and standards.
• Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks.
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Handle register overrides and cash reconciliation.
• Enforce loss prevention procedures.
