Job summary

Shoe Station at Rogan’s is seeking a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and support the team in a full-time, key holder role. You will be instrumental in maintaining a customer-first environment and leading by example.

You will open/close the store, support the GM in sales goals, train associates, manage daily tasks, and assist with merchandising while ensuring loss-prevention standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Able to obtain Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to keyholder responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a key holder
• Support the General Manager in reaching sales goals
• Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally
• Train and guide associates on processes and standards
• Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
• Perform register overrides, safe/till counts, and cash reconciliation
• Follow and promote loss prevention procedures
