Qualifications

• At least one year experience in retail, sales, or cash handling.
• Ability to learn and operate the POS system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department (Women’s, Men’s or Children’s) and support store standards.
• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Train and guide associates on service, product placement, and cash handling.
• Handle transactions, returns, and till counts.
• Organise merchandise, displays, and floor moves.
• Promote current sales and programs.
• Delegate tasks and communicate clearly with the team.
