Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Tenneva is hiring for store leaders across multiple locations. If you have at least 1 year of experience leading shifts or managing a team in retail, this hands-on leadership role offers a chance to motivate others and keep a store running smoothly from open to close.

You will support store operations, lead and train team members, assist with scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising, and ensure a clean, customer-focused environment while promoting a positive culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience leading shifts or managing people in retail.
• Hands-on leader who can jump in wherever needed.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-moving retail space.
• Dependable and committed to helping others grow.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management team in daily operations.
• Lead and supervise team members during shifts.
• Help train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-focused store environment.
• Step in to open or close the store as needed.
• Promote a positive team culture and help resolve team or customer concerns.
