Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a full-time Lead Retail Supervisor at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. You will supervise and train retail team members, maintain retail standards, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

You will oversee operations across locations, monitor sales, support promotions, manage inventory, and prepare reports for leadership. A minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience and POS system familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Previous experience working with a point-of-sale system.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Lead Retail Supervisor to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Lead Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members while maintaining retail standards, policies, and procedures.

Pay

$22.00 - $25.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple retail locations, serving as the primary point of contact for Retail Supervisors while coordinating staffing assignments
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue while enhancing the guest experience
• Support promotional programs, seasonal merchandising initiatives, and product launches to drive business results
• Oversee inventory activities including stock replenishment, merchandise transfers, organization, and monthly counts
• Ensure compliance with point-of-sale procedures, financial controls, and operational standards across the store, conducting audits to verify adherence to merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention requirements
• Prepare operational reports, communicate business updates to leadership, and assist with store reset execution while analyzing business performance and inventory trends to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency

• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment
• Previous experience working with a point-of-sale system required
• High school diploma or GED required
