Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a full-time Lead Retail Supervisor at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. You will supervise and train retail team members, maintain retail standards, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

You will oversee operations across locations, monitor sales, support promotions, manage inventory, and prepare reports for leadership. A minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience and POS system familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Previous experience working with a point-of-sale system.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple retail locations.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Support promotional programs, merchandising initiatives, and product launches.
• Oversee inventory activities including stock replenishment and monthly counts.
• Ensure compliance with POS procedures, financial controls, and operational standards.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with store resets and inventory analysis.
