Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail, hospitality, attractions, or guest-service experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, POS systems, and retail operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of assigned retail shops.
• Staffing, training, and directing seasonal and full-time retail employees.
• Ensure guest-ready locations, proper staffing, cleanliness and service standards.
• Support merchandising, pricing accuracy, and presentation.
• Monitor inventory, transfers, receiving, and stock accuracy.
• Control costs and assist with budget and profitability goals.
