Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in departments such as meat, bakery, produce, and deli.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning with career paths and development.
• Document disciplinary actions and advise on discharges.
• Manage P&L, drive sales, and control shrink.
• Mentor and coach team to meet sales goals and maintain standards.
• Ensure training completion and strong in-store customer interactions.
