Job summary

VF Corporation's Vans brand is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and develop associates, oversee daily store operations, and ensure merchandising standards align with brand directives.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize sales, lead by example, and foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Provide coaching and development to associates.
• Drive store leadership and customer engagement to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Monitor progress against sales goals and KPIs to exceed targets.
• Model selling behaviors and coach teams to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Oversee stockroom and product flow to sales floor and ensure replenishment.
• Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per brand directives.
• Support loss prevention, safety, and store procedures.
• Foster an inclusive, positive store culture focused on service excellence.
