Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership to drive customer engagement and sales results. You will coach associates, monitor progress toward targets, and maintain brand voice in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress & results.
• Provide actionable feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
• Regularly interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and practices that align with company directives.
