Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia seeks a Store Manager for the Savannah area to oversee store operations and drive sales profit while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll lead a people-centered, high-performance team and participate in a 12‑week training program.

The role offers a 5-day work week, with daytime hours 9am–8pm (Mon–Sat) and 11am–7pm (Sun), a signing bonus, competitive weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage a high-performance team
• Strong communication and coaching skills to train staff and drive results
• Ability to analyze store reports and manage controllable expenses
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach retail and production team members to provide efficient and friendly service across all areas
• Ensure merchandise is presented and organized according to company guideline
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping with the support of team members
• Analyze monthly store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall performance
• Address deviations from company standards with action plans
• Schedule team members to meet business objectives
• Recruit, hire, and develop all store team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Manage expenditures to stay within budget
