cabi Outlet is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager in Phoenix. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

This role focuses on coaching others, building client relationships, and contributing to a positive store culture. Qualifications include 2–3 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and experience with POS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience through styling, engagement, and relationships.
• Support daily operations and help achieve store goals and metrics.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing store team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards on the sales floor.
• Help with inventory, shipments, and operational procedures.
• Provide leadership when Manager on Duty and support the team.
