cabi Outlet in Chandler, AZ is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our store team, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to coach staff, engage customers, and uphold cabi brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with a focus on visual merchandising, inventory handling, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with customer service and clienteling is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
