Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience (Key Holder/Supervisor)
• Ability to build trust with customers and coworkers
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and new systems
• Trustworthy with cash handling and store assets
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Positive attitude and integrity on the sales floor
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional solo coverage
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor — styling clients, driving sales, and setting the tone for great customer experience
• Build customer loyalty through genuine relationships and clienteling
• Coach, motivate, and support the team, delegating tasks and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed
• Track KPIs and help the store hit its daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Oversee merchandising, shipment processing, and store presentation standards
• Handle cash, banking, and store records with accuracy and integrity
• Keep things running — solo or as part of the team — whether that's on the floor or behind the scenes
