Chico's in Cincinnati is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand hospitality by delivering personalized, customer-centered experiences that align with our culture.

You will oversee operations, open/close, coach associates, manage schedules and inventory, and stay current on promotions while building strong relationships with customers and peers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute merchandising and inventory replenishment activities and manage scheduling.
