Job summary

Chico’s Grandville, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and deliver welcoming, customer-centered experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You will coach associates, manage openings/closings, handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, and contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and clear direction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
