Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Lead at our Cincinnati location to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will guide staff to deliver memorable, personalized customer experiences aligned with our hospitality culture.

You’ll lead on-floor coaching, product knowledge sharing, and omni-channel initiatives while handling store operations, scheduling, and inventory tasks. A strong customer focus and teamwork mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
