Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving business results by leading the team and managing the sales floor.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
• Retrieve products from backroom or top stock using provided equipment.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
• Support Head Coach with training and evaluating employees to meet sales goals.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed for optimal customer experience.
• Oversee staff to maintain organized and clean product displays.
• Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management.
• Instruct employees on handling difficult sales situations.
