Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in retail or sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime if needed.
• Knowledge of pricing, merchandising and store policies.
• Ability to train and evaluate staff and monitor store operations.
• Inventory and reporting experience is a plus.
• Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving business results by leading the team and managing the sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
• Ensure products are priced and displayed to maximize customer experience.
• Support training and evaluation of employees to meet sales goals.
• Monitor inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management.
• Instruct staff on handling difficult sales scenarios and ensure policy compliance.
