Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the front-line team, drive sales, and ensure consistent operations across daily store activities.

The role requires coaching, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to peak hours and weekends. You’ll contribute to a positive, customer-first culture and be part of a dynamic retail environment that promotes

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results and accountability with all associates.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, with physical duties including standing, walking, lifting.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed to maintain display.
• Adhere to values, policies, and procedures.
