Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising and stockroom operations
• Lead on the sales floor to achieve personal and team sales goals
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure follow-up
• Serve as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations, launches and initiatives
• Adhere to Crocs policies including asset protection, inventory control, and compliance
