Job summary

Charter Communications's Spectrum brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment in Appleton, WI. You will lead by example, coaching a team to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee daily store operations, recruit and train staff, handle scheduling and inventory, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining a welcoming store environment. 2-3 years of sales/service and 1+ year of management are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years Sales/Customer Service experience.
• 1+ year Management experience; 2-3 years Telecommunications/wireless experience preferred.

Responsibilities
