Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Spectrum products to ensure a seamless experience from welcome to checkout.
• Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals.
• Educate customers with tailored solutions based on their needs.
• Support store leadership with inventory control, cash handling and escalations.
• Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations, tools and resources.
• Maintain store appearance per planogram and accurately process payments.
• Provide feedback to store leadership regarding sales opportunities and operations.
