Dollar Tree in Neenah, WI is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily functions, help customers, organize merchandise, and participate in opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise and train Store Associates, maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, and ensure policies are followed. This role requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Help customers in a positive, friendly manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful store environment.
