Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Store Lead to drive exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards in-store. You will work with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to guide a team and ensure smooth daily operations, including staffing, training, and store presentation.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, and create an inclusive environment that motivates the team to deliver the best possible shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work at heights on ladders.
• Stamina to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations under supervision of Store Manager.
• Coach teammates and ensure brand standards and customer service.
• Assist with staffing, events, and daily game plans.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and store procedures.
