Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience, assist customers with questions, and manage transactions at the register. You will help keep the store stocked, neat, and safe while providing friendly, professional service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and flexible hours, with duties including unloading merchandise and stocking, cleaning, and assisting customers throughout shifts in Willis, Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
