Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals; strong coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
