Job summary

WSS is seeking a Store Supervisor in Las Vegas to support store management by delivering excellent customer service, leading Team Members, and ensuring efficient store operations. This role trains staff, manages stock, and upholds policies in the absence of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include coaching employees, maintaining pricing accuracy, driving sales, and ensuring safety and asset protection. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and prior retail management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, and Time Keeping systems, with the ability to understand financial reports and analyze problems.
• Proven track record in customer service and team development is essential.
• Self-starter with ability to coach team and identify KPI opportunities.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends/holidays and occasional overnights.
• Ability to work within a 25‑mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Coach and demonstrate WSS business objectives (Customer Service Focus, pricing, product availability, asset protection, safety).
• Ensure proper pricing and displays throughout the store.
• Assist with increasing sales and delivering sales plan.
• Delegate tasks to Team Members and provide follow-up.
• Motivate Team Members to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales leadership on the floor.
• Collaborate with management to support sales opportunities.
• Oversee the team to greet customers and build loyalty.
• Handle customer issues to improve satisfaction.
