Qualifications

• High school diploma (Required).
• 3+ years retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, and time keeping systems; ability to read financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Coach and demonstrate WSS business objectives (Customer Service Focus by Greeting the Customer, Knowing the Business, Proper Pricing, Product Availability, Asset Protection, Safety, Cashwrap, Back Office).
• Motivate Team Members to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Ensure team has in-depth product knowledge and delivers on-floor leadership.
• Lead on the sales floor and drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities to support sales and set business strategies.
• Analyze reports to determine business needs and inform Store Manager of strategies.
• Maintain store appearance and greet customers to build connections and loyalty.
• Handle customer issues to improve overall satisfaction.
