Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Direct merchandising, pricing, and stocking per corporate directives.
• Staff department through interviewing and scheduling; train and coach associates.
• Maintain high customer service and achieve strong customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate special events and ensure pricing/UPC integrity.
• Provide product demonstrations and stay expert on items.
