Nike Retail Supervisor in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is seeking a capable leader to guide a high-volume team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll supervise daily operations, train associates, and ensure service standards align with Nike’s brand promises.

The role requires 18+ years, at least 1 year in retail or consumer service, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll manage store events, cash handling, and visual merchandising with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as store needs require.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
