You will stay engaged on the floor, help the team deliver excellent service, and contribute to achieving store goals with a proactive, collaborative approach. Candidates should be flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energetic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store standards, safety, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled and assist with hiring and training.
