Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to oversee Front End operations, including all Customer Service, Cashier activities, cart retrieval and front-end housekeeping.

You will coach teams, conduct daily cashier observations, manage the service desk and cash office, assist with returns and rain checks, and promote loyalty programs in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front End operations including Customer Service, Cashier activities, cart retrieval and front-end housekeeping.
• Conduct daily cashier observations to ensure consistency and efficiency of customer service processes.
• Coach and mentor team members, be a final decision maker on cashier empowerment and lane inquiries.
• Manage the customer service desk and cash office operations; handle returns, rain checks, tobacco sales and Buy Online Pick Up In Store pickups.
• Assist with service desk activities and inventory maintenance.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and company initiatives.
