Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Lead to directly impact store performance and teammate experience. Under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you will serve as the in-store expert for your department and lead by example to deliver exceptional service and a hassle-free shopping experience.

You will build and coach a strong team, plan day-to-day operations, and ensure adherence to merchandising standards while fostering an inclusive store environment where teammates

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Retail or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Golf experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the in-store expert for your department and ensure top service for customers.
• Lead and develop teammates, building a strong, inclusive culture.
• Plan short- and long-term work with store leadership to execute daily tasks and events.
• Enforce brand standards and merchandising presentations, and delegate tasks by priority.
• Train teammates on procedures and programs and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
• Support store leadership with supervision and adherence to policies and loss prevention.
