Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing knowledgeable product information.
• Contribute to development of 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership to support priorities.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and store operations to meet goals.
• Lead and coach teammates, ensure training, performance reviews, and compliance with policies.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
