Job summary

You will train and lead team members, coordinate daily merchandising tasks, ensure proper product facing, and implement price changes. Collaborate on floor resets and promote loyalty programs to enhance store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• 1-3 years of previous related retail or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full-time and part-time team members.
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively and implement solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quick changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and lead Team Members within assigned zone.
• Assign, prioritizing, and executing daily merchandising needs.
• In-aisle customer service and experience.
• Ensure proper facing of products and zone recovery.
• Execute price changes and tabloid set processes.
• Coordinate with the Resets and Project Coordinator for floor merchandising resets.
• Read and implement planograms based on deadlines.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other initiatives.
