Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead on the sales floor, embody Coach values, and enhance the customer experience at our Newton location. You will support store operations, contribute to recruitment, and drive sales targets while promoting an inclusive, customer-centric environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, brand awareness, and collaboration with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform store floor tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed
• Provides feedback to improve individual performance and ensures adherence to policies and procedures
